In another two days we are going to start on south beach diet. Fingers cross it will work and we can shed the extra pounds we manage to pile lately. P said he wanted to lose 10 kg which I personally think is too much but hey everyone to their own. I'd like to lose about 7 kg I think which will basically bring me slightly lower to my 'normal' weight. I should take a picture of us tomorrow to compare, but maybe I'll just keep it for ourselves.
Am quite enthused to start on this diet because of two reasons, firstly hoping it'll help us to lose weight and P will be happier with himself as he seems to be bothered about it more than I do. Second is because I'll get to cook even more and try out different recipes, which is prolly the more motivating reason for me. And hence this blog, to document all the recipes & pics (hopefully).
